Tiago Souza de Resende is one of the founding partners of the firm and is responsible for the Criminal and Administrative Law practice, leading specialized teams in each field.

Within the scope of Criminal Law, Tiago has extensive experience with high-complexity cases, having worked on major operations and cases regarding financial and tax crimes, money laundering, corruption, environmental offenses, and other criminal procedures, representing clients across multiple business sectors. Furthermore, Tiago also has a prominent role in Corporate Criminal Law, dealing with fraud cases and internal investigations.

Regarding Administrative Law, Tiago, alongside a specialized legal team, provides advisory and consultancy services to clients on public biddings, government contracts, public tenders, landmark designation procedures, administrative easements, expropriation, and other procedures. Furthermore, he also has a strong presence in both judicial and extrajudicial litigation, representing individuals and companies in public civil procedures, administrative misconduct cases, disciplinary proceedings, special account audits and regulatory investigations.
