Sérgio Souza de Resende is one of the founding partners of the firm and co-responsible for strategic litigation, handling high-complexity cases in both trial courts and courts of appeal. Additionally, he is also actively involved in the pre-litigation phase, assessing risks and benefits to develop optimal strategies for conflict resolution.

In this regard, Sérgio’s practice covers civil, business, contractual, civil liability law, as well as family and succession law. Additionally, Sergio has extensive experience in specialized sectors such as sports Law, logistics and transportation, construction businesses, real estate and development, mining, agribusiness, and the supermarket and retail industry.

Furthermore, Sérgio currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) of Federação Mineira de Futebol and is a member of Instituto dos Advogados do Brasil. He has also served as a Sectional Advisor of the OAB/MG and as a judge for the OAB/MG Ethics Tribunal.
