Nilson Reis Júnior is one of the founding partners of the firm and co-responsible for the Civil and Business Law practice areas. Additionally, he is also actively involved in the pre-litigation phase, assessing risks and benefits to develop optimal strategies for conflict resolution.

Furthermore, Nilson represents clients in high-complexity cases involving civil, business, companies’ voluntary arrangements and bankruptcy, contracts, civil liability, and succession law.
