Flávio Leite Ribeiro is one of the founding partners of the firm, co-responsible for the area of complex business litigation and head of the corporate and business consultancy practice.
In the litigation field, Flávio represents clients in judicial, arbitral, and administrative proceedings involving strategic matters in business, corporate, bankruptcy, companies’ voluntary arrangements, contracts, civil, credit recovery, mining, and civil liability law. His expertise extends across various specialized sectors, including logistics and transportation, construction businesses, electrical and heavy construction industries, real estate and development, healthcare, fuel and energy distribution, mining, agribusiness, and the supermarket and retail industry. His work ranges from pre-litigation strategy planning to managing complex cases at all levels, including the execution stage.
In the consultancy field, he focuses on negotiating and drafting private contracts, contracts management, succession planning, asset reorganization, structuring and implementation of corporate operations, consultancy on corporate strategies and representation of clients in shareholders’ and partners’ assemblies.
Furthermore, Flávio is a member of the list of arbitrators at the Brazil Chamber of Business Mediation and Arbitration (CAMARB), where he also serves as Financial Vice President. He is also a member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBar), the Mediation and Arbitration Commission of the OAB/MG, and the Instituto dos Advogados de Minas Gerais.
