Diana Val de Albuquerque Silva is a partner at the firm, co-responsible for strategic litigation and pre-litigation consultancy services for high-complexity disputes and claims. She operates both directly and through the coordination of her team, providing guidance from the early stages of strategy development in pre-litigation, overseeing and managing cases at all judicial levels, including the execution stage.

In the litigation field, Diana represents clients in judicial, arbitral, and administrative proceedings involving strategic matters related to civil law, family and succession law, consumer law, credit recovery, civil liability, business and corporate law, bankruptcy, companies’ voluntary arrangements, contract law, and various other specialized sectors. These include Sports law, logistics and transportation, construction businesses, real estate and development, mining, healthcare, fuel and energy distribution, agribusiness, and the supermarket and retail industry.

In the consultancy field, she has extensive experience in identifying risks and potential successes associated with clients’ legal issues, aiming to define the most effective strategies and solutions.
